Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or report for technical issues.
Review Policy Guidelines
Ensure physical items are in original packaging; please note that digital embroidery designs are non-refundable once downloaded but can be exchanged for different formats.
Pack and Ship
For physical craft supplies, securely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided via email to send them back to our warehouse.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once your return is inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or apply store credit to your account within 5-7 business days.
